Scam Alert: Son Of Micco School Owner Wanted Over An Alleged 2.1M Bitcoin Scam

According to Zealmat Blog, Bitcoin  has become one of the most traded currency in Nigerian  community at large which has the highest value in market but Nigerians only use this currency to either shop online or convert it for naira, most web hosting company make use of this as one of their payment option which i think is a very nice development for our internet community.




Known as one of the countries in the world with the highest number of fraudsters or Yahoo boys, bitcoin and other cryptocurrency has created another avenue for scamming. The most painful is that the act of scamming has now been brought yo our own very own young men and business men.


Just recently, an issue, a scam case was registered at the SARS office located at Ikorodu, Lagos state, Nigeria and this time one if the most trusted Nigerian Cryptocurrency dealer, Mr Nicholas Lawrence Onumara was scammed to a tune of #2,145,000.

The deal was between Mr Nicholas and one Mr Sunny Isokpehi who staged the acts with his cohorts: Mr Chidi Ebenezer Aliwa Emmanuel and Mr David Williams. The deal which turned out to be a scam took place at Micco College located and situate at Alaba area still in Lagos state.

Mr Sunny Isokpehi is believed to be the son of the owner of Micco College and currently on the run. Further investigation has revealed that Mr Nicholas will stop at nothing to ensure his money is recovered while sending these men behind bars.

Mr Nicholas, is among the trusted cryptocurrency dealers in Nigeria. A man who has never failed in his deals,  a man of the people, hard working and smooth in his honest deals.


According to Mr Nicholas, a petition to have the said scammers has been approved by the state commissioner of police. Micco College which had been used as scam leverage belonging to the father of Mr Sunny Isokpehi will be temporary shutdown till pending Mr Sunny's apprehension and reimbursement of his lost sum.

This only has one thing to say to us all, there are scammers everywhere, even within our own communities.
